These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HoldTheWheel platform and its bundled products, including the content-distribution service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
HoldTheWheel provides multi-channel content publishing and distribution tooling that lets you connect third-party accounts (e.g. social and video platforms) and schedule, publish, and manage content across them.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any third-party accounts you link.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate any third-party platform's terms, or to interfere with the Service's operation or security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service and perform the distribution you request. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms via their APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and their availability or changes may affect the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoldTheWheel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
